I lost a game of Civ IV. Warlords <sob>  ON THE SECOND TO EASIEST SETTING!! </sob> It's the first time I've played the Warlords expansion. I was playing as the Chinese, it was the 1700's and I was going for a big culture push. I swear I had almost double the number of military as Spain but the damn conquistadors killed everything three times over and I'd never actually kill the damn unit, just wound it. <rage> NOT FAIR!!! </rage>. I think it's time to play for a military victory. And maybe read up on what the expansion actually did to change the game.  So ashamed!

GET RID OF THE PROCEDURAL FILIBUSTER! I say this knowing full well Republicans WILL be the majority party again some day and that the Democrats will be the minority. I honestly do not care about majorities.  Make the blocking senators do a 'Mr. Chips' and have to actually hold the floor to do a filibuster. This 'I declare filibuster!,' then go take a nap is BULLSHIT!

It's things like this that make me realize that Star Trek was right.
Nobody in the future will watch TV, because the entertainment industry will have forced everyone into other hobbies with their draconian 'rules' for how you are 'allowed' to use their 'intellectual property'. (Which they will have exclusive use of for eternity.)
